We suggest that all of our product be professionally installed. Some items require you to cut, drill, shave, sand, primer, paint, weld, bondo, Disassemble and reassemble your vehicle or the product. You may not own all of the proper tools or have the skills needed for installation.
SHIPPING At SPEEDWAY PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES our goal is to offer you the quickest and lowest-cost shipping method. We ship via FedEx, or UPS and will provide you with a tracking number.
Please note the following: • The shipping cost for your item is displayed on our website if not please call to confirm. • To ensure a quick delivery, we will ship your item from whichever warehouse is closest to you. • Please allow 3 business days for tracking numbers to be emailed. • Shipping usually takes an average of 6-13 business days. • We do not ship to P.O. Box address, APO or FPO Address • The shipping price quoted is for the US continental 48 states only. • Someone must sign for the item • Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a shipping surcharge
Order Processing We process orders Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. Orders shipped via USPS take longer to process. Please allow up to 6 business days after payment is cleared for your order to ship. Please note that we are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by the duration of time required for you to receive the part(s) you ordered, any additional time required to fix them, or caused by the use of wrong, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE At Speedway Performance Accessories, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and therefore accept returns for any reason within 15 days of shipment.
Our return policy is subject to the following conditions: • You must send us a message through our email: speedway99@sbcglobal.net to obtain an MRA number before returning any item. We cannot accept any items without this number. • The item must be return in its original packaging with all accessories included. • The item must be in new condition with no signs of wear or attempted installation.
When you contact us to obtain an MRA number, you will need to include the following information in your email to us: • Your Full name • Your address • Current email address • Phone Number • Your reason for returning the item
***NOTE** All returns that are not the fault of Speedway Performance Accessories will be charged a 20% restocking fee. A return MRA number and return shipping information will be emailed to you. Once you receive your MRA number, you can return your product with USPS, FedEx, UPS or Freight companies that provides a tracking number. Refunds will not be given until parts have been returned, inspected and checked in.
Problems with your order Please inspect the Box before signing, If the box is damaged please have the shipping company make a note that the box is damaged. As with any company, sometimes problems do occur. If for some reason you receive an incorrect part, your part is damaged, or your item is defective (subject to verification), please tell us within 36 hours of receiving it. Please call 972-352-2716 if we cannot answer the phone, please leave a message advising us that your item has been damage in transit. Please leave your name and phone number. This process usually takes about 10 business days.
